Our business development manager handles the scope of our entire operation and lends valuable expertise to any project, all backed up by our reliable accounts department.

Leo Nipperess - Managing Director :
Leo is the creative and business mind behind the success of Lenan. As the CEO & Managing Director, he still has the passion to create new products and drive the team to success every day.
Johny Kanaan - National Sales Manager :
Johny manages all National and International Accounts across the Lenan portfolio. Johny joined Lenan in 2003 and has come with many years experience with major international brands he has always worked within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) segment.
Aaron Long - Design Manager :
Aaron has been with the Lenan Team since 2006 and oversees the Design and Branding within the Lenan Portfolio. Aaron’s experience in Graphic Design and Branding has helped produce the current range of outstanding products for the md Marc Daniels range. Aaron also finds the time to manage the digital & print media for all of the Brands in the Lenan Portfolio.
Lin Zhang - Company Accountant :
The finance at Lenan Corporation is taken care of by Lin who joined the Lenan Team in 2008. Having completed her Masters in Business (M.Bus) before joining Lenan, Lin’s attention to detail is second to none.
Jennifer Isdale - Administration Manager :
With many years of retail and clerical experience, Jennifer administrates the daily ordering, invoicing and delivery documentation.
Stephen Pulley - Warehouse Supervisor :
Stephen oversees our extremely busy Warehouse and since joining the team in 2008 he has become an integral part of the day to day operations.
Natalie Dugdell - Account Representative – QLD :
Natalie joined the team in 2007 with vast experience in Pharmacies and a strong cosmetic background. Natalie is responsible for a portfolio of customers in her territory and is also our freshMinerals (100% Mineral Makeup) Specialist.
Heather Whitby - Account Executive – VIC :
Heather has worked in Pharmacy distribution / sales with Sharp Marketing for the past 7 years and after a well deserved break has now joined the team at Lenan. Heather has great experience and product knowledge and is a valued member of the team.
Ned Kelly & Lynette Breen – (Kelly Breen Agencies) – WA Agents :
Ned and Lynette have built a strong business in WA and were appointed agents for Lenan in 2009. Their contacts and strong attention to detail within pharmacies and independent markets will help Lenan expand our distribution on the West Coast.
Jo Harris – Account Executive TAS :
Jo was appointed Tasmanian agent in mid 2009. With a background in sales and marketing, and a strong focus in providing great service to her customers, Jo will assist Lenan in expanding distribution throughout Tasmania.
